when I open the portable folder and navigate to C: Users Kelly Desktop FirefoxPortable App Firefox uninstall, helper.exe does not run

Delete the folder as suggested here.

I also can’t use Snip & Sketch which I used quite often before.

Uninstall the program.

Click on the Windows logo. Access the Snip and Spetch program. Right click on the app and uninstall it.

Restart the computer normally.

Reinstall the app.

If some of the icons are still discolored, you may need to rebuild the Calche.

You have many files / icons in the same folders. The cache may need to be increased.

Try that:

before making this change, remove these shortcuts without files.

Shortcut: C: Users Kelly Documents Adobe After Effects 2020 User Presets (Adobe) .lnk -> C: Program Files Adobe Adobe After Effects 2020 Support Files Presets (No files)

They should be deleted.

Run the Farbar.exe program as an administrator.

In the Find what text box, copy and paste the following:

myresearch engine.co

When done, click Search Register button and wait for FRST to finish the search

At the end, a journal will open in Notepad. Copy and paste its content into your next response
