Netwatch North America Unveils New Version of Web App

LAKE FOREST, Calif.—Netwatch North America, a provider of proactive video surveillance solutions, announced the latest version of its Netwatch Web Application, a web-based portal that allows Netwatch dealers to perform essential site management functions for their clients.

This robust self-service interface allows dealers to easily access and manage all customer sites from a web browser.

Designed to improve speed and efficiency, the Netwatch web application allows dealers to manage sites from anywhere, anytime. Dealers could check system location and status, update arming and disarming schedules, and change critical contacts from a single solution. The solution also provides a rich user experience for the end user, providing a clean and modern user interface experience where security managers can quickly and intuitively manage situations and settings on demand.

Whether a partner needs to launch a new site, update alarm response escalation, or verify an incident, Netwatch’s web application greatly simplifies the management of Netwatch’s Proactive Video Monitoring (PVM). Some of the many innovative new features include:

  • System health checks continuously monitor all connected equipment and components. A service ticket is generated and routed to the appropriate people to handle faults when they are identified.
  • End users have the ability to log in and view PVM-enabled sites. Available functions include viewing cameras, adding zones, changing alarm settings and camera zones, adding a visitor pass, accessing incident reports, and more.
  • Dealers and end users can track the status of service requests at any time.
  • Streamlined audit logs exceed compliance requirements in a variety of industries.
